What is included in the Combo Pass?+
Your Combo Pass grants full delegate access to both the TAUS Conference (Oct 14–16) and LocWorld56 Vancouver (Oct 19–21), including all main stage sessions, exhibit areas, official social functions, and networking receptions for both events.
How do I register my team to get the group discount?+
To receive the Team Pass rate ($2,295 or €2,040 / person Early Bird), select the Team Pass option on the registration form when registering 3 or more attendees from your organization at the same time.
What if I've already registered for either TAUS or LocWorld individually?+
No problem! If you have already registered for one of the events, check your confirmation email for an exclusive 10% VIP Cross-Over Discount code to add the second event to your schedule.
When does Early Bird pricing end?+
Early Bird pricing for Vancouver Localization Week combo passes expires on August 10, 2026.
Where are the conferences taking place?+
Both events will take place in central Vancouver, BC, Canada, with venues situated just a scenic 20-minute walk (or quick 5-minute transit/cab ride) from each other. This makes it easy to stay in one central hotel room block for the entire week without needing to transfer accommodations between TAUS and LocWorld56.
What happens over the weekend between the events (Oct 17–18)?+
The weekend is yours to connect and explore! We will provide all registered dual-event attendees with access to a shared networking channel to schedule informal gatherings, explore Vancouver, and network at your own pace.
